The American Center and Education USA Advising Center of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi invite currently enrolled Vietnamese high school and undergraduate students residing in northern Vietnam* to participate in an essay contest honoring International Education Week.

Winners will also receive certificates from the U.S. Embassy Hanoi. Shortlisted candidates will
compete at the final Speech Contest on November 18, 2015.
